We strive to provide a peaceful and luxurious experience for all our guests. Kindly review our terms and policies before booking your stay.
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking & Payment
100% advance payment is required at the time of check-in.
We do not accept personal cheques for payment.
Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
Advance bookings are accepted and a payment of 50% is mandatory.
3. Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellations made 25 days before arrival will be free of charge.
Cancellations within 25 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the room rate.
Booking amendments are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival, subject to availability.
Guest must show up before 2 p.m., and then the booking will be cancelled if there is no contact from guest.
Guests wishing to check out later than 10:00 a.m. are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 9:00 a.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.
4. Extra Person & Child Policy
Extra person charge: ₹2500 per person per night.
Children up to 5 years: Stay complimentary when sharing the existing bed with parents.
Children aged 6 to 11 years: Charged at 50% of the extra person rate when sharing the existing bed. If an extra bed is required, standard extra bed charges apply.
Children 12 years and above: Considered as adults and charged the full extra person rate, with extra bed provided.
5. Identification & Security
All guests and visitors must provide valid ID proof at check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa at check-in.
Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms for the privacy and security of our guests.
6. House Rules
Smoking, alcohol consumption, gambling, prostitution, drugs, and contraband items are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
Outside food is not allowed inside the resort.
Personal food and beverages are not permitted in the resort.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
7. Resort Management & Policies
The management reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to vacate in case of any violations of the above rules.
Any damages to property by the guest will be chargeable.
Hanging of any items in guest room windows/balconies that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited.
Un-washable stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
The management reserves the right to modify any policies, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
In case of loss or damage of key card ₹2500 will be charged in the room bill.
Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause.
All disputes will be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
