Terms & Policies

We strive to provide a peaceful and luxurious experience for all our guests. Kindly review our terms and policies before booking your stay.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment

  • 100% advance payment is required at the time of check-in. 

  • All proposals/quotations are valid for a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of sharing and are subject to availability during confirmation.

  • Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation

  • We do not accept personal cheques for payment.

  • Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Advance bookings are accepted and a payment of 50% is mandatory to confirm the booking.

3. Cancellation & Amendments

At Sova’s , we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep things fair for both you and our team.

  • 100% refund if cancelled 25 days or more prior to the check-in date.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 days before check-in or in case of no-show.

  • Date changes are allowed once if requested at least 20 days prior to check-in, subject to availability and rate difference.

  • Rescheduling is not permitted within 15 days of check-in.

  • Guests wishing to check out later than 10:00 am are kindly requested to ask during the reservation. (Post 10:30am half day charges will be applied and subject to room availability)

4. Extra Person & Child Policy

  • Children up to 5 years: Stay complimentary when sharing the existing bed with parents.

  • Children aged 6 to 11 years: Charged according to meal plans per night.

  • Children 12 years and above: Considered as adults and charged the full extra person rate.

  • Extra soft mattress with protector and comforters are provided (kindly confirm the rates during reservation)

5. Identification & Security

  • All guests and visitors must provide valid ID proof at check-in.

  • Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa at check-in.

  • Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms for the privacy and security of our guests.

6. House Rules

  • Gambling, prostitution, drugs, and contraband items are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

  • Smoking is permitted only in the designated parking area (All Accommodations are non-smoking).

  • A proper swimsuit is required to enter the swimming pool.

  • Outside food is not allowed inside the resort.

  • Personal food and beverages are not permitted in the resort, no reheating service are offered.

  • Pets are not allowed in the property. 

  • Bonfire timings: 7:30pm to 9pm, post 9pm on a chargeable basis, ₹350 per room

7. Resort Management & Policies

  • The management reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to vacate in case of any violations of the above rules.

  • Any damages to property by the guest will be chargeable.

  • Hanging of any items in guest room windows/balconies that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited.

  • Un-washable stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.

  • The management reserves the right to modify any policies, terms, and conditions without prior notice.

  • In case of loss or damage of key card ₹2500 will be charged in the room bill.

  • Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Violations will be fined at ₹3000.

  • Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause.

  • All disputes will be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
